Nice to see you back here again!
Looking forward to seeing more posts from you; you have a pretty cool journal here.
I also liked the Pepsi/Justin Timberlake one.. haha. Anyways, have a wonderful week!
Some snow fell Wednesday night in Downtown Wheeling and in Elm Grove on Wednesday. It brought about 2 inches of snow. Snow did not fall in the Warwood section of Wheeling I guess. It did snow during the overnight on Wednesday and it closed schools south of Wheeling while Ohio County up north was on regular schedule.
The wait on what is wrong with Lara Marshall is over for now. On Wednesday night after a comment on MySpace from someone, I had to sort of find out once and for all what was going on and according to Lara's mother they still don't know what is causing them but the good news though is she is not suffering from epilepsy. They will continue to run tests to find out what is happening.
In the first paragraph, I talked about Warwood not getting snow early Wednesday night reason I mentioned it was my mother called Trish after they saw them somewhere and asked if they got home safely and they said that they had no problems returning home. Well actually, they had just returned from the funeral home where my mother's best friend Theresa Catlett was being shown. Theresa died on Sunday at the age of 67.
Theresa worked for 42 years with Elm Grove Lanes until her January 2005 retirement along with my mother. For many years Theresa joined us many times along with my mom, Marlene, David and me and it got so bad at one point that if we did anything on Sunday my mom would have to go to church first before she would be allowed to see her. Theresa would call by yelling the name of the person. A couple highlights that I remember was a picture in Marlene's wedding album of Theresa and Mary Ritchie our next door neighbor with Theresa acting funny in the picture and Mary (AKA Pinkie) not really looking at the camera from what I recall. Theresa loved frogs also and there was a setting of what looked like the frogs looked the same and there was a note that said "There is a Difference". Theresa will be missed.
